Job summary

The Mosaic Company is seeking a finance/analytical professional to support engineering project managers and site capital teams in Florida. You will help with capital budgeting, accruals, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis using SAP and Project Online, while coordinating with procurement and project managers.

Ideal candidates have a finance or accounting background, strong accounting knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a business analytics/finance role; or 5 years with Associate/Technical degree.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical/finance support to engineering project managers and Capital Manager; meet ad-hoc reporting needs.
• Assist with annual Rack & Stack capital budgeting planning.
• Prepare project intake requests and manage workflow approvals in PowerApps; document management in SharePoint.
