Job summary

The Mosaic Company, a leading producer of phosphate and potash, seeks a finance-focused analyst to support engineering projects and capital planning. You will help prepare budgets, run accruals, and analyze monthly variances, leveraging SAP, POL, Power BI, and SharePoint.

Ideal candidates have strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in Florida. In-office role with limited travel, primarily local between sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in a business analyst role or an Associate degree with 5+ years in related work.
• Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Knowledge of internal controls and procurement systems is beneficial.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Office, SAP, Fieldglass, POL; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing analytical/finance support to engineering project managers and CAPM.
• Assist with annual Rack & Stack capital budgeting planning.
• Prepare Project Intake requests and SharePoint workflow submissions.
• Support accruals, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis in SAP/Noveco.
• Maintain cost workbooks and project schedules in POL and SAP.
• Collaborate with procurement to close Purchase Orders.
