Job summary

Amazon's Last Mile SCALE organization seeks a Sr. Program Manager, Capital Planning to own the end-to-end capital approval process for Last Mile's development portfolio, from OP budget planning through CAR creation and approval routing.

You will be the connective tissue between senior leadership, construction execution teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure capital is approved efficiently with strategic context as the network scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead OP1/OP2 and quarterly guidance cycles end-to-end, including timelines and estimation.
• Own and manage the CAR process end-to-end for new development CARs (Real Estate, Land, Pre-Construction, Construction, Startup).
• Maintain CAR funding templates and standardized formats; engage cross-functional POCs.
• Drive CAR scheduling, reviews, and leadership presentations; ensure timely approvals.
