Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join the Capital Planning team within Worldwide Retail Grocery Development.

You will lead budgeting cycles, CAR processes, and cost tracking across Real Estate, Design, Pre-Construction, Construction, Startup, and Lease funding, coordinating with Real Estate, Finance, and Operations to drive disciplined capital stewardship at scale. You will own CAR packages, present costs for approvals, and help standardize templates and analytics

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead OP1/OP2 and quarterly guidance cycles end-to-end, including timelines and estimation methodology.
Own and manage CAR process end-to-end for Real Estate, Land, Pre-Construction, Construction, Startup, and Lease funding.
Monitor portfolio-wide cost posture from OP through CAR and present variance narratives to leadership.
Build repeatable processes to improve CAR creation efficiency using AI and automation tools.
Draft CARs and leadership narratives, coordinating with cross-functional partners.
