Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Capital Planning to own the end-to-end capital approval process for Last Mile development portfolios within the CCBO team.

You will coordinate with Real Estate, Construction, and Finance to ensure timely, well-justified CARs and robust cost tracking across OP and CAR milestones. This role requires leading cross-functional initiatives, developing standard templates, and driving improvements using data and AI-enabled tools like QuickSight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead OP1/OP2 and quarterly guidance cycles end-to-end, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, and estimation.
• Build budget inputs by aggregating development costs across business lines by building type and design configuration.
• Produce benchmark analyses and coordinate with Finance on averages and variance bridging.
• Develop written OP/Guidance narrative documents for leadership review, providing strategic context alongside the numbers.
