Job summary

Amazon Logistics is seeking a Last Mile Supply Chain Manager to own demand forecasting and capacity planning for North America’s last‑mile network. You will transform demand signals into capacity plans, balance efficiency with customer experience, and work with Retail, Technology, and field teams to optimize forecasting accuracy.

You’ll publish a 13‑week demand plan weekly, analyze trends, and coordinate with data science and operations to refine models.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for the assigned region and translate forecasts into detailed capacity plans.
• Collaborate with retail planning and technology teams to validate assumptions and align on capacity requirements.
• Monitor system configurations and troubleshoot data quality issues to improve forecasting tools and processes.
• Communicate forecast insights and capacity recommendations to leadership through regular business reviews and drive continuous improvement.
