ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a Capacity Manager to establish ITIL-aligned capacity processes and ensure resources meet demand in a regulated federal IT environment.

The role analyzes performance across compute, storage, network, and apps, develops forecasts, and partners with architecture, operations, and service owners to mitigate risks and align with SLAs and change schedules.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or service management roles with a focus on performance analysis and capacity planning.
• Demonstrated knowledge of capacity management with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across architecture, operations, and business functions.
• Current secret security clearance or higher.

Mansioni

• Design and maintain an ITIL-based capacity management framework spanning business, service, and component views.
• Collect and analyze utilization and performance metrics from servers, virtual infrastructure, storage, databases, and networks.
• Build capacity forecasts and what-if models to recommend scaling strategies and efficiency improvements.
• Produce regular capacity and performance reports and dashboards for leadership and service owners.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and operations to incorporate capacity into designs, releases, and change schedules.
