ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a Change Management Engineer to design, implement and govern ITIL-aligned change processes for mission-critical systems within a highly regulated federal IT environment.

You will evaluate change requests, perform risk assessments, and ensure changes are approved, scheduled, implemented and reviewed to minimize service disruption while maintaining auditability.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4–7 years in ITIL-based ITSM with at least four years focused on change management.
• Comprehensive ITIL change management knowledge and practice.
• Experience evaluating change requests with diverse stakeholders to minimize disruption and ensure proper documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills; risk mitigation and process improvement.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Mansioni

• Design and maintain ITIL-based change management workflows including intake, impact analysis, approval, implementation, validation and post-implementation review.
• Evaluate change requests for risk, priority, regulatory impact and scheduling; escalate as needed.
• Chair or support change advisory board meetings; prepare agendas and track actions for complex changes.
• Utilize ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to log, track, and report changes with accurate audit trails.
• Develop policies, procedures, templates and communications for standard change practices in a regulated environment.
• Monitor KPIs such as change success rate and emergency change volume; propose improvements.
• Coordinate with project, operations and security teams to integrate change controls into release management and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide training on ITIL change practices and ITSM tool usage.
