Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company seeks a Change Management Engineer to design, implement and govern ITIL-based change processes across mission-critical systems in a highly regulated federal IT environment. You will collaborate with operations, cybersecurity, development and leadership to drive CAB activities, maintain change records and metrics, and improve ITSM tooling and governance.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field, 4–7 years in ITIL-based ITSM with change

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years in ITIL-based IT service management with change focus.
• Experience evaluating change requests and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SECRET security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ITIL-based change management workflows.
• Evaluate change requests for risk, priority and regulatory impact.
• Chair or support change advisory board meetings and track actions.
• Log and report changes using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
