Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of strategy across enterprise solutions.
• Develop tactical plans to optimize resources and assets.
• Create and implement policy frameworks for areas of responsibility.
• Provide guidance for strategic transactions and value creation across the product life cycle.
• Develop annual business plans and align with organizational strategy.
• Budget planning and headcount recommendations; set KPIs and targets.
• Recommend technical or professional solutions to improve performance.
• Communicate strategic actions and motivate teams to achieve goals.
• Coach and train teams; manage and report on performance.
