Qualifications

10+ years in marketing operations or related roles.
Experience leading teams in complex enterprise environments.
Ability translate requirements into technology, process, and automation.
Strong understanding of personalization, segmentation, and customer journeys.
Experience with marketing automation platforms; Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve enterprise campaign operations strategy and governance.
Build and optimize production model using internal teams and external partners.
Establish planning standards, workflows, and reusable components.
Drive metrics for timelines, velocity, throughput, and quality.
Lead and develop a distributed automation-focused team.
Partner with Marketing, Revenue, Digital, and Product leaders to align priorities.
