Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign ops, or related functions.
• Experience leading teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, workflow management, and production processes.

• Define and evolve the enterprise campaign operations strategy and operating model.
• Build and optimize a production model with internal teams, self-service, and external resources.
• Establish planning standards, workflows, and reusable campaign components.
