Axos Bank is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist, Paid Marketing, to drive excellence in the Banking industry. You'll lead paid search, paid social, and display campaigns while collaborating with multiple teams to achieve results.

Your expertise in analytics and tracking will define and implement strategies that resonate with our audience and drive conversions, with an emphasis on ROI optimization and brand compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field.
• 3+ years of digital marketing with paid search, social and display campaigns.
• Experience managing annual digital campaign budgets over $1M.
• Comprehensive knowledge of paid media networks (Search, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter) and algorithms.
• Proficient in implementing tracking mechanisms and analytics tools for monitoring customer interactions and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ROI-focused paid media campaigns.
• Collaborate with departments to align campaign strategies and goals.
• Manage digital ad budgets monthly and annually.
• Analyze cross-platform performance and implement optimizations.
• Create keyword analyses and recommendations for paid media.

• Assist with ad hoc marketing projects.
