Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with key stakeholders and program sponsors to develop program goals and prioritize deliverables.
• Manages multiple medium-sized programs with moderate complexity to meet deadlines.
• Develops and manages execution of the Plan of Record for multiple programs including schedule, budget, scope, and resources.
• Establishes program metrics and drives actions when metrics deviate from plan.
• Secures resources to align team with program/technology demand for various programs.
• Drives risk identification and mitigation planning; maintains risk tracker.
• Promotes program vision within the team and gains stakeholder buy-in.
• Implements process improvements across the Program Management team.
