Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. in San Diego is seeking an experienced Program Manager to develop and execute plans of record for multiple medium-sized programs. You will interface with internal and external stakeholders on technical matters, monitor budgets, and drive milestones through to delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in program management, a relevant engineering or CS degree, and the ability to operate onsite in a multi-site, global development model.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• Advanced degrees in a relevant field may substitute for up to two years of work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with program sponsors to develop goals and delivery plans, prioritizes deliverables, and drives decisions for on-time delivery.
• Manages multiple medium-sized programs with moderate complexity to meet deadlines.
• Develops and manages the execution of the Plan of Record for multiple programs, including schedule and resource forecasting.
