Qualifications

• 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• Experience with digital SOC and/or mixed-signal baseband and/or RF chips in a program management role.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership (e.g., VP level and above).
• Experience working in a large matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional global teams across program life cycles from concept to commercialization.
• Establish program baselines with product management and engineering for requirements, schedules, cost, and priorities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across departments; report progress to executives.
• Develop program health indicators, manage risk, and drive process improvements.
