Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead digital and mixed-signal IC program efforts from initiation to delivery. You will interface with cross-functional teams and executives to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes and successful milestone achievement.

Responsibilities include developing the Plan of Record, tracking key metrics, and coordinating stakeholders across a large matrixed organization. Direct semiconductor experience is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
• Completed advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop goals and prioritize deliverables.
• Manages multiple programs with moderate complexity or a complex program.
• Develops and manages the program Plan of Record (schedule, budget, scope).
• Tracks metrics, escalates issues, and proposes corrective actions.
• Manages and prioritizes the work of the program team with clear assignments.
• Identifies risks and creates mitigation plans.
• Promotes program vision and ensures objectives are met.
