• Identifies and mitigates regulatory, credit, and operational risks; supports quality for clients.
• Analyzes information to design client solutions and move transactions from proposal to close.
• Interacts with clients to expand relationships and respond to servicing inquiries.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze and mitigate credit risk using internal policies.
• Participates in learning activities, mentoring, and networking to build foundational credit and sales skills.
