Ideal candidates will have experience with Commercial Real Estate and Commercial & Industrial deals. You will be responsible for presenting loan proposals to key stakeholders and managing a diverse commercial loan portfolio to ensure compliance.

• Evaluate creditworthiness and structure loans in alignment with company policies.
• Work closely with the credit department to ensure smooth underwriting and approval processes.
• Present loan proposals to key stakeholders in the Bank with confidence and clarity.
• Manage a portfolio of commercial loans, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Develop strategies to attract and retain core deposits, ensuring long-term financial stability.
• Leverage the Bank’s digital banking solutions to effectively cross-sell cash management products that align with customer needs.
