Job summary

JCW Group is seeking a senior Commercial Loan Closer in Irvine, CA to coordinate and close complex loan transactions in accordance with approved terms, internal policies, and regulatory requirements, with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

The candidate will work closely with attorneys, title companies, borrowers, and internal credit/legal teams, reviewing approvals, commitment letters, title commitments, liens, and other due diligence to ensure flawless closings and compliant funding.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial loan closing experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate and lending transactions
• Experience reviewing title commitments, lien searches, and closing documentation
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience coordinating with attorneys, title companies, and internal teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage commercial loan closings from approval through funding
• Review loan approvals and credit documentation to ensure closing requirements are met
• Prepare and review closing checklists and required documentation
• Work with counsel, borrowers, and title companies to facilitate closings
• Review title commitments, surveys, and insurance
• Ensure compliance with loan terms and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate funding and booking of loans with internal operations
• Resolve pre-closing and post-closing documentation issues
• Maintain accurate loan files and closing records
