The role emphasizes building client satisfaction and strategic loan objectives. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and 6+ years of banking experience with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field and 6+ years of banking, relationship management, underwriting and credit experience.
• Extensive knowledge of various types of loans, credit analysis, spreading and analyzing financial statements, risk analysis.
• Experience with larger Real Estate loans (20M+) highly preferred.
• Understanding of construction loans, NOI, legal documentation and draws preferred.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of existing loan relationships.
• Expand relationships to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
• Spread and analyze financial statements, monitor collateral, loan structuring and pricing.
• Produce loan reports: past dues, documentation, collateral, performance updates and risk grades.
• Stay informed on market trends and assess impact on portfolio.
• Assist bankers with new and existing loan requests and special projects.
• Senior level may supervise Analysts and Loan Specialists.
