Job summary

Posh Energy in Hayward, CA is seeking an experienced Commercial and Industrial Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for battery energy storage systems in the C&I sector. You will identify opportunities, lead strategic sales cycles, and present ROI-focused proposals to senior decision-makers across manufacturing, data centers, and logistics sectors.

The role requires a proven track record in complex B2B sales, deep knowledge of energy storage technologies, and the ability to build lasting

Qualifications

5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in energy, clean tech, or related sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in complex, consultative environments.
Strong understanding of energy storage technologies and commercial energy markets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for varied audiences.
Ability to navigate complex organizations and build senior-level relationships.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for battery energy storage solutions in C&I markets.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close, including proposals and ROI analyses.
Build relationships with C-suite, facility managers, sustainability officers, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to tailor storage solutions to client needs.
Represent Posh Energy at industry conferences and networking events.
