Job summary

Compunetics, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a procurement professional to plan, direct, and coordinate the movement of materials to support operations. You will prepare RFQs, issue POs, source suppliers, negotiate pricing, and liaise with internal teams to optimize price, quality, and delivery.

Minimum education is a Bachelor's in SCM or Business with 3–5 years of manufacturing experience. Strong ERP knowledge and inventory control are required; experience with PCBs a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or Business.
• 3–5 years experience purchasing/supply chain management at a manufacturing facility.
• Experience with ERP, planning, expediting and inventory control in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFQs and Purchase Orders and submit to suppliers.
• Source and develop new suppliers.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
• Coordinate between suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
