Job summary

Rantec Power Systems Inc. seeks a Materials Commodity Manager for PCBs to own the PCB portfolio strategy, oversee procurement, and drive supplier performance.

This role aligns MRP signals with strategic master planning to ensure material availability, delivery performance, and cost improvements for current commitments and future growth. You will work with Engineering SMEs and Quality, Supplier Quality, and Strategic Sourcing to standardize requirements and expand supplier capability.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to summarize status for management.
• Extensive PCB procurement/production support experience or related background.
• Experience using MRP/ERP systems to manage demand and supply.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the PCB commodity strategy balancing tech, quality, cost, delivery and capacity.
• Serve as Buyer for PCB portfolio, manage POs, lead times, and supplier communications.
• Develop sourcing, capacity, and inventory strategies aligned to strategic master plan.
• Monitor material availability and mitigation of supply risks with supplier recovery plans.
• Build strong supplier relationships and drive supplier performance improvements.
