The Commodity Manager – PCBA at Forj Medical leads sourcing for PCBA components, EMS partnerships, and supplier performance. You will coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Planning, and Buyers to support new product introductions and ongoing production.

With 7+ years in strategic sourcing and PCBA/EMS experience, you will drive cost reductions, monitor markets, and mentor the procurement team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering (Electrical/Electronics preferred), or related field.
• CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, or MBA preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute PCBA and electronic component strategies with EMS and suppliers.
• Lead EMS/provider selection, qualification, and contract negotiations.
• Manage supplier performance via scorecards, forecasts, and reviews.
• Drive cost reduction and supply continuity for PCBA production and transfers.
• Support NPI with Engineering and Planning on PCBA assemblies and components.
