Job summary

ProMach is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to support procurement of materials and supplies for daily operations and production. You will create and manage purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and help ensure materials are available when needed, with active support to stockroom and BOM activities.

You will work closely with Materials Manager and cross-functional teams, handling ERP records, cycle counts, and inventory flow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's in business, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist purchasing activities: obtain quotes, create purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Monitor open purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Process and maintain purchasing records in the ERP system.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Support inventory management, receiving, stocking, and BOM processing with engineering.
• Assist stockroom operations and material flow as needed by business.
