Job summary

ProMach is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead supplier relationships, negotiate quotes, and analyze drawings to ensure best value. You will support supplier development, conduct audits, and monitor procurement performance via ERP data.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in manufacturing procurement, strong sourcing and contract management skills, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office. Syteline experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of purchasing or procurement in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical drawings, specifications, tolerances, and component sourcing.
• Proven ability to analyze procurement metrics, supplier performance, and spend data to support sourcing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manages supplier relationships, negotiates quotes and analyzes technical specs and drawings.
• Supports supplier development initiatives, conducts vendor evaluations and audits, and monitors ERP data for procurement performance.
• Reviews requisitions, analyzes item specs and delivery requirements, and issues RFQs for items not covered by existing arrangements.
• Interacts with subcontractors to purchase fabricated, machined and welded components.
• Determines best sourcing options by evaluating quotations and existing supplier agreements.
