• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Process orders including PO creation and confirmations.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Expedite orders and confirm pricing.
• Reconcile invoicing issues and resolve past-due purchase orders.
• Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback on price, delivery, and quality.
• Communicate BOM discrepancies to Engineering and report inventory discrepancies to Warehouse.
