Job summary

Novae LLC is seeking a Buyer to handle procurement of materials and services for manufacturing projects. You will manage supplier relationships, verify requisitions, and drive cost-saving inventory controls to maintain steady output.

The role involves coordinating with operations and planning teams to ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate has a business or related degree and proven purchasing experience in manufacturing, preferably RV or trailer related, with strong ERP and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent demonstrated skills and experience.
• Experience purchasing within manufacturing; RV/trailer manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Review requests and communicate with suppliers and operations managers; compare prices and availability.
• Verify requisitions against master lists and clarify items; suggest alternatives.
• Drive continuous improvement to control costs via inventory systems.
• Provide planning data by collecting, analyzing, and reporting trends to Regional Purchasing Manager.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and verify stock before deliveries.
• Prepare and verify purchase orders; obtain supplier substitutions when needed; confirm receipts.
• Assist in other areas and perform other duties as needed.
