Job summary

ND Paper, a leading ND Paper plant location in Wisconsin, seeks a Buyer to manage sourcing, purchasing, and inventory for raw materials and services. The role partners with production, planning, and logistics to ensure material availability while balancing cost, quality, and delivery performance.

The Buyer develops supplier relationships, negotiates pricing and contracts, monitors stock levels, and supports cost reductions and process improvements in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting/finance or related field.
• 3+ years computerized procurement and/or accounting experience.
• ERP experience with SAP desirable, or other ERP system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing efforts for the Sturtevant plant.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and supplier contracts.
• Manage supplier performance and risk.
• Develop and issue RFPs and analyze bids.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes.
• Collaborate with finance, sourcing, and internal customers.
