Custom Control Sensors, LLC (CCS) is seeking a buyer to manage direct material purchases for the Supply Chain department in Phoenix, AZ. You will convert MRP signals into purchase orders, ensure on-time material delivery at negotiated prices, and maintain accurate order data to support production planning.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing purchasing, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), and strong Excel/MRP skills for supplier negotiation and compliance with ITAR and

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Must be a US Person per ITAR due to export controlled nature.

Aufgaben

• Convert MRP requirements into purchase orders with correct part, revision, quantity, price and date.
• Monitor overdue and at‑risk orders and drive recovery with suppliers; communicate dates to stakeholders.
• Negotiate price, lead time, minimum order quantity and terms; document outcomes and savings opportunities.
• Ensure purchase records include required quality clauses, certifications and export control requirements.
