Ralliant is seeking a Senior Buyer in Chandler, AZ to execute direct-material purchasing, manage supplier commitments, and support production continuity in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

You will translate demand into purchase orders, monitor lead times, expedite critical items, and collaborate with planning, engineering, and quality to maintain material availability and compliant procurement practices.

Qualifications

• Three years of purchasing experience in manufacturing or production.
• Three years of experience in ERP/MRP purchasing environment.
• Knowledge of PO terms, payment terms, delivery schedules and documentation.
• Experience managing supplier delivery issues and shortages.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs for purchasing purposes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel pivot tables.
• Bachelor's degree or five+ years related experience in lieu of degree.

Responsabilités

• Execute purchase orders and blanket orders against approved requirements with accurate data.
• Interpret ERP/MRP demand signals and expedite materials to prevent disruption.
• Resolve shortages and delivery issues through cross-functional coordination.
• Purchase direct materials to engineering specs and communicate quality requirements.
• Maintain procurement documentation per policies and government-contract requirements.
