Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in purchasing; aerospace electronics experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Management, Manufacturing, or closely related program
• Excellent project management skills

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze purchase requisitions and coordinate purchasing with manufacturing, planning, and engineering to acquire inventory
• Process purchase requisitions, change orders, and RFQs to suppliers
• Maintain procurement data integrity in the ERP/MRP system and report supply chain metrics
• Manage issuance of purchase orders with accurate specifications, prices, and terms
• Identify shortages and due dates, ensure on-time materials delivery, and participate in cross-functional teams
