Custom Control Sensors, LLC (CCS) seeks a Supply Chain Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead purchasing, planning, warehousing, and shipping. You will ensure material readiness for the production schedule, manage inventory levels, and drive cost and performance improvements across the supply chain.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and 9+ years in supply chain, including 4+ years leading a team, with strong MRP and ERP experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 9+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, inventory management, and supplier performance.
• Experience building or rebuilding a supply chain function in a manufacturing setting.

Responsabilidades

• Own material plan to support production and customer commitments.
• Establish planning policy: lead times, safety stock, lot sizing, data integrity in MRP.
• Lead S&OP processes translating demand into material and capacity plans.
• Drive cost reduction, on-time delivery, and supplier performance improvements.
• Develop and implement standard work and measures for purchasing, planning, and warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO9001 where applicable.
