Child Care Resource Center (CCRC) is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business units and technical teams. You will translate requirements into clear specifications, support system integrations, and help drive technology solutions that support child, family, and community well-being.

The role is hybrid, full-time (40 hours/week) in Los Angeles, CA, requiring a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of analyst experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Proficient with SQL and data validation.
• Experience with writing requirements and user stories.
• Familiar with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders.
• Coordinate intake and process mapping for improvements.
• Design technical solutions and liaise with developers.
• Assist with testing and validation of applications.
• Provide ongoing analytical support and advisory services.
