Job summary

1199SEIU Child Care Fund is seeking a full-time Business Analyst to test and refine funds systems, map workflows, and document processes. You’ll train staff, support project teams, and generate ad hoc reports to align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has a degree in computer science or related field and 2+ years in business analysis, with CRM, BI tools, SQL, and strong Excel skills. Hybrid work arrangement and cross-team collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of Business Analyst experience with requirements gathering.
• Experience with web-based applications and CRM technology; knowledge of BI tools like QlikView.
• Strong Excel/Office skills and knowledge of data queries.

Responsibilities

• Test new builds and changes to funds systems/applications.
• Create process maps and workflows.
• Update workflow and procedure manuals.
• Provide training and ongoing support for system processes.
• Attend meetings to align with project objectives.
• Help track team progress in an enterprise application.
• Support Senior Manager and ongoing projects.
• Design and compile ad hoc reports.
• Collaborate with CCF, CCC, SSD teams on tasks.
• Establish relationships with employees, Funds, and vendors.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform special projects as directed.
