Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education leadership, business admin, CS or related field.
• 3–5 years in business analysis, IT, policy research/analysis, and project management.
• Experience with requirements management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and prioritize stakeholder business needs.
• Create functional specs, user stories, and workflows.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
• Guide solution delivery and post-launch support.
