Qualifications

• 2+ years SQL and data handling experience.
• 5+ years using Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Visio or similar tools.
• Experience with CRM-based applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and translate to user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to refine and clarify stories.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, use cases and tests.
• Develop project artifacts and obtain stakeholder approvals.
• Lead small- to mid-sized projects per standards.
• Provide production support and run incident/change/release processes.
