Job summary

Chiesi USA seeks a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business and ICT, capturing requirements, documenting specs, and guiding projects through the lifecycle. You will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system enhancements across enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and quality systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5+ years as a business systems analyst or similar.
Experience eliciting requirements from non-technical stakeholders and producing specs.
Experience with enterprise apps (ERP, CRM, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, or Commercial).

Responsibilities

Serve as ICT liaison between business and IT, translating requirements into specs.
Plan and manage small-to-medium projects end-to-end with clear milestones.
Coordinate across development, QA, vendors, and business resources.
Lead stakeholder discussions to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
Facilitate UAT, track defects, and ensure delivery meets acceptance criteria.
Communicate with executives and end-users, adapting technical depth as needed.
Support annual planning, roadmap development, and demand prioritization.
