IJW Whiskey Company in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a highly organized Business Systems Analyst to join our LA team. This role sits at the intersection of business, systems, and data, supporting critical applications, ERP initiatives, and data‑driven decisions.

You will partner with stakeholders, provide day‑to‑day ERP support, manage system implementations, build Power BI dashboards, and translate data into insights for operations and executives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Business Systems Analyst or similar hybrid role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / QuickBooks) and SharePoint.
• Strong Power BI skills for dashboards and reporting.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and SQL basics.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into system and reporting requirements.
• Use data to generate insights that support strategic decision‑making.
• Document processes, user stories, and workflows for solution design.
• Provide day‑to‑day ERP application support and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead or support ERP implementations and coordinate with vendors.
• Build dashboards and reports in Power BI; work with SQL data sources.
• Identify process improvements and maintain clear system documentation.
