Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking a Business Information Systems professional to maintain and improve the effectiveness and integrations of its business systems and processes through collaboration with the business units. The role reports to the Executive Director Business Information System and focuses on data analysis, reporting, and system integration to support enterprise operations.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and 3+ years of experience with SQL, Power BI, and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Three or more years of data requirements gathering and data analysis in a large-scale, multi-user environment.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Python.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services.
• ERP software and systems integration experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and data-modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and document business rules, data requirements, reporting requirements and data models.
• Develop workflows to automate and streamline business processes.
• Create reports based on documented requirements and manage the delivery.
• Work with other departments to streamline and integrate systems for data sharing.
• Perform data auditing and validation to ensure data accuracy and provide quality control reports.
• Mentor less-experienced colleagues.
• Publish routine and ad hoc reports/metrics and conduct training.
• Maintain documentation on system processes and procedures.
