Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in supply chain, business analytics, logistics, internal/external audit, or revenue operations.
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP.
• Exposure to Risk, Control and Audit tools.
• Fluent in documenting process flows with Visio or Lucidchart and implementing cross-functional SOPs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Exposure to SOX, internal controls, or audit remediation.
• Experience supporting system automation and digital transformation initiatives with AI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement manufacturing and business process improvements to increase capacity, reduce lead-time, and eliminate non-value added work.
• Plan supply and customer order fulfillment; analyze daily supply plan mismatches and resolutions.
• Produce weekly material and capacity plans for the logistics warehouse.
• Drive closure of excess and obsolete inventory on a weekly basis.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and perform monthly variance analyses for close.
• Build reports and models to track orders vs. forecasted quantities.
• Coordinate ERP enhancements from requirements gathering to UAT and validation.
• Support audits with internal/external teams and assist revenue recognition processes.
• Analyze cycle times for mass production, order fulfillment, and transportation.
