Job summary

Western Products seeks a Business Systems and Data Analyst to transform data into actionable information and to support reporting, BI, and day-to-day technology operations across its family of companies.

You will develop dashboards, analyze data from ERP/CRM and manufacturing systems, and assist with ERP implementations while providing IT support for Microsoft 365 and end-user devices. This is an excellent early-career opportunity in a growing manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, data analytics, business or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and business applications.
• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, Power BI or data platforms preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and BI solutions.
• Analyze data from ERP, CRM, manufacturing, financial and operations systems.
• Support data validation, migration, cleansing and reporting initiatives.
• Identify trends, process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Write and maintain SQL queries, datasets and reporting tools.
• Assist with ERP and business system implementations, upgrades and support.
• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365, devices and mobility.
• Troubleshoot user issues related to hardware, software and connectivity.
• Document procedures, configurations and support activities.
