Job summary

enGen is seeking a data analyst to support analytics across the business products lifecycle within a defined data scope. You will translate high-level data needs into concrete data specifications, create data sets, and develop operational reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

You will work with data engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights, ensure quality through testing, and mentor junior staff as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology.

Responsibilities

• Capture capability needs and drive quality data and reporting solutions, including data set creation, operational reports, and analytical dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related challenges and deliver data-driven insights.
• Support data and report delivery testing, including test plans, scenarios, documentation, and defect management.
• Ensure compliance with standards and approvals across the data delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate project status and requirements to team members, customers, and management; participate in walkthroughs and reviews.
