Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to gather and document business requirements for software development projects.
• Translate business needs into concise user stories aligned with project goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
• Develop flow diagrams and document technical solutions for IT projects.
• Coach and mentor Analysts and contribute to the Analyst COE within the Value stream.
• Participate in future application roadmaps and scalability improvements.
