Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or Business/Systems Analyst certificate.
• 3+ years of experience in a credit union or experience with core systems (DNA, Loan Director).
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for systems and respond to inquiries within SLAs.
• Develop and implement modifications and enhancements; advise on analytics output.
• Lead elicitation workshops to define technical requirements and configurations.
• Coordinate testing activities including UAT and test plans.
• Support SDLC with project dashboards and artifact management.
