Job summary

enGen seeks a Business Analyst to support the analytics aspects of the application product lifecycle within a sub-product scope. You will gather project specifications, translate needs into detailed requirements, analyze data for opportunities, create test cases, and provide root-cause analyses to ensure quality delivery.

Collaborate with Software Engineers, Architects, and stakeholders to drive capability needs, participate in Agile scrum teams, and ensure compliance and clear documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field.
• 3–5 years in IS/IT.
• ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, PMP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions with customers and team members.
• Participate in full SDLC on Agile scrum teams in various roles.
• Support requirements testing and defect management to minimize production defects.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals.
• Communicate project status and document requirements and walkthroughs.
