Job summary

enGen seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support analytical aspects of the application product life cycle across multiple components. You will collaborate with customers to understand capability needs, gather specifications, translate requirements, and validate delivery to ensure alignment with business value.

Minimum 3–5 years in IS/IT with Lean/Six Sigma and health insurance exposure preferred; participate in Agile Scrum; mentor juniors and ensure quality across changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field.
• 3–5 years in IS/IT; Lean/Six Sigma and healthcare exposure preferred.
• ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, and PMP certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, engineers, and managers to capture capability needs and drive quality solutions.
• Participate in Agile Scrum teams in multiple roles and ensure requirement traceability.
• Support requirements testing, create test plans, and manage defects with impact analysis.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate status clearly to stakeholders and mentor junior resources.
