Job summary

Sylogist is seeking a functional consultant/business analyst in the United States to lead portal discovery, document requirements, and develop wireframes based on customer needs. You will collaborate with CRM Functional Consultants, Portal Developers, and Project Managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.

You will also support portal user acceptance testing and verify that functionality aligns with customer business requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in functional consulting or business analysis.
• Strong client-facing experience and excellent documentation skills.
• U.S. citizen and able to pass FBI background check.
