Job summary

TravelCenters of America seeks a Manager, Business Solution Consultants to lead the Professional Services Delivery team and partner with organizational leaders to optimize deployment through the Solumina Implementation Methodology (SIM).

You will mentor, recruit, and develop the BSC professionals, drive change management initiatives, and ensure high-quality project deliverables while aligning with corporate objectives. The role demands extensive travel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT management, Engineering or Manufacturing or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in project environments implementing enterprise software solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and supporting roles.
• 5+ years of experience working with and implementing enterprise-class software solutions.
• 2+ years of experience in managing a team of professional consultants in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains recruitment, induction, development, and onboarding system to ensure a highly skilled and functioning team
• Employs innovative techniques to continually advance the deployment process using SIM
• Plans for optimum resource utilization and coordinates with the Resource Manager for resource needs
• Ensures their team is driving to corporate objectives and metrics
• Plans and conducts personnel performance reviews and professional growth
• Contributes to the development and improvement of SIM services standards, processes, and procedures
• Leading, growing, and mentoring BSC professionals
• Identify and develops leaders for the future
• Developing positive relationships with existing and new customer
• Maintain a good balance between customer and team needs
• Engage in a management consulting role to help client executives lead and support substantial change initiatives within their organizations
• Deliver BSC activities to a customer up to 30% of daily job functions.
• Deep understanding of Solumina architecture with the ability to deploy to multiple sites.
